Query Regarding Ergodicity section in Lecture notes on Finite Markov Chains

Hello,

I had a doubt regarding the mathematical definition of ergodicity given in the lecture notes on Finite Markov Chains. (https://lectures.quantecon.org/py/finite_markov.html#Ergodicity)

I have attached an image of the mathematical expression. In it shouldn’t there be m in place of n in the denominator ?
