Dear friends, I met a problem about solve the utility maximization problem when there is no labor disutility in utility function or its constraint, for instance,
u(c) = c^(1-sigma) / (1-sigma)
st. c = p(z,t)w + T
There is aggregate labor input though, Y = F(K,L). p(z,t) is individual labor endowment. Thank you!
