How to use QuantEcon Phyton material

I’m new to phyton and want to learn. It has been recommended QuantEcon lectures. The material seems really good but is it enough? anyone has any experience starting from zero (little coding experience)? any course that uses these lectures notes. suggestions/advice. Thanks
